Repeated KYC rejections, unexpected fee, never traded live
Uploaded documents three times; each time rejected for “blur” though they looked clear on my phone. Gave up after two weeks and asked for deposit refund. Took another week but I got most back minus a fee I did not expect. I never placed a live trade. One star for the verification loop. Maybe others have smoother KYC.
